Britt McConnell is the registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) for 91´óÉñ Dining Services. She is on campus on Mondays and Wednesdays when school is in session.

Britt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in community health education from Iowa State University. She went on to complete dietetics coursework through Kansas State University and a dietetics internship through the State University of New York. She has experience with diabetes education, wellness, food safety, weight management, food allergies, and more.

Britt enjoys working with 91´óÉñ students and their youthful curiosity. It is a transitional period into adulthood, and students are often making all their food and nutrition decisions on their own for the first time. This can leave some students feeling uncertain. Britt is available for individual consultations with students. She can answer nutrition questions or help with food allergies, intolerances, a non-diet approach to weight management, navigating the dining hall, and more.
